The personal data, freely submitted to MGT Industries Srl will be processed by the latter in the outmost degree of lawfulness and correctness for the following purposes.
a. Without the express consent of the user: the data will be collected and used exclusively for purposes directly connected and instrumental to the execution of the contact request submitted by the user, for the activation of the requested service by filling in the related form on this website, for the fulfilment of contractual obligations and those provided for by national and communitarian law and for the purpose of exercising their rights in court.
The user is informed that MGT Industries Srl in order to fulfil the aforementioned request and the compelled contractual obligations, as indicated at letter a., shall process the personal data provided and therefore the submission of the required data for this purpose is mandatory. The failure to provide the personal data entails the impossibility to receive the requested service.

Processing methods
MGT Industries Srl collects the personal data supplied by means of paper, computerized and telematic tools, ensuring that the related processing, also performed by means of electronic and automated tools, takes place in compliance with the principles of integrity, availability, security and confidentiality of the data, by applying measures that prevent access to such data by persons not authorized for the processing, as well as for the pursuit of specific, lawful and explicit purposes.
The processing consists in the collection of data from the interested party, registration, use and storage for explicit, specific and legitimate purposes and in further processing operations in terms compatible with the purposes and aims stated in point 3.

The legal basis of the processing consists in the satisfaction of a request by the interested party forwarded by filling in the form or by sending e-mails, as well as by the fulfilment of the contractual obligations entered upon and those deriving from the provisions of civil, fiscal, tax law, as well as by the user's consent.

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal and contractual obligations and the request for contact, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the following categories of interested parties:

I dati conferiti verranno trattati e conservati per il tempo necessario ai fini dell’esecuzione della soddisfazione della richiesta inoltrata e per l’ulteriore periodo previsto dalla normativa vigente ai fini dell’adempimento degli obblighi di natura civilistica, contabile e tributaria.
Per il perseguimento degli scopi di cui al punto 3 lett. B) il trattamento avrà una durata di 24 mesi decorrenti dalla data del conferimento del consenso.
I dati di chi non acquisti servizi, pur avendo avuto un precedente contatto con dei rappresentanti dell’azienda in occasione del quale ha conferito i propri dati personali, saranno immediatamente cancellati o trattati in forma anonima, ove la loro conservazione non risulti altrimenti giustificata, salvo che sia stato acquisito validamente il consenso informato degli interessati relativo ad una successiva attività di promozione commerciale o ricerca di mercato.
Duration of the personal data processing
The data provided will be processed and kept for the time necessary for satisfying the submitted request and for the further period provided for by the law in force for the fulfilment of civil, accounting and tax obligations.
For the pursuit of the purposes set out in point 3 letter B) the treatment will have a duration of 24 months starting from the date the data is provided.
